Aiming at the traffic jam and the vehicle delay at Kunlun Road^Nanguang Street Intersection in Xining City,the article uses the plane intersection traffic capacity theoretical studying method to calculate and analyze,and then puts forward the reasonable feasible optimizing traffic scheme,finally gives the conclusion and suggestions to solve the problems of traffic jam and vehicle delay there.
