The drainage facilities are the important municipal infrastructure of city and are the underground vein system of city.The infrastructure supports and serves the economical construction of city,carries and is established in the normal operation of city,and is closely linked with the living,work and life property security of the people.The article points out to analyze and study the present situation of urban drainage and the cause of flooding under the environment of the high-speed urban development and the concerned flooding caused by the rainwater,to use the effective preventive countermeasures and continuously perfect the drainage facilities for preventing and decreasing the flooding disaster of city.
