摘要
以广东电网一次调频运行管理规定为例,探讨了水电机组一次调频限幅及与自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)协调规范。针对在一次调频过程中可能发生抬机的原因,指出无需限制轴流式机组的一次调频限幅,建议设定水电机组一次调频的调节范围,以避免抬机、水力振动和超出力对机组稳定运行的不利影响;列举了2种电厂常用的AGC与调速器的配合方式,指出一次调频与AGC配合的矛盾及其原因,并介绍了一次调频与AGC相互协调的实例。
This article takes administrative provisions for operation of primary frequency in Guangdong Power Grid Corporation as an example and discusses limiting of primary frequency in hydropower units and coordination norm for automatic generation control(AGC).Aiming at reasons for potential turbine lifting in the process of primary frequency,the article indicates that there is no need to restrict limiting of primary frequency of axial flow type units,it suggests to set a range of adjustment for primary frequency in avoidance of unfavorable impact of turbine lifting,hydraulic vibration and excess output on stable operation of units.The article lists two conjunctive modes between AGC and speed regulators in common use and it presents the contradiction and reasons for the conjunction;besides,it introduces examples of mutual coordination between primary frequency and AGC.
