摘要 以惠州液化天然气电厂、深圳前湾燃机电厂为蓝本,介绍具有3台350MW级蒸汽-燃气联合循环机组的发电厂高压工作电源接线方式、接地系统、电气设备布置的设计方案,以及厂用电率计算和柴油发电机容量确定的方法。针对单轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组两班制运行具有辅机少、机组启动时间短且可独立启动的特点,经分析计算,提出的设计方案为:高压厂用变压器采用双卷变压器,6kV工作段为1段,不单独设置公用段;配置2套静止变频器启动装置;高压厂用电系统采用高电阻接地方式,380V/220V厂用电接地系统采用TT接地方式。 The paper takes Huizhou LNG power plant and Shenzhen Qianwan LNG Power Plant as chief sources to introduce design scheme of connection mode of HV operational power supply,earthing system and electrical equipment layout in power plant with three 350 MW gas-steam combined cycle units as well as ways to determine auxiliary power ratio and capacity of diesel generators.Aiming at characteristics of double shift operation of monoaxial gas-steam combined cycle unit that there are few auxiliaries,short starting time and independent startup,the paper brings forward a design proposal via analysis and calculation as the following: to adopt the two-winding transformers,the 6 kV working section remains undivided and there are no common section available;to configure two starting devices for static frequency converter;high resistance earthing is adopted in HV auxiliary power system and TT earthing is adopted in 380 V/220 V earthing system for auxiliary power.
