用铅酸蓄电池极板生产过程中的废料制备四碱式硫酸铅 被引量:8

摘要 在铅酸蓄电池内化成极板生产过程中,主要废料包括涂板淋酸操作产生的废铅膏和分片操作产生的回笼铅粉等。本文利用这两种废弃物料为原料,经过去杂、混合、保温等步骤处理后,以烧结法制备了四碱式硫酸铅。利用XRD对产品成分进行分析检测,结果表明:产品中四碱式硫酸铅含量达到95%以上。用淋酸铅膏和内化成回笼铅粉制备四碱式硫酸铅的好处是,方法简单、操作性好,原料利用率大。产品中四碱式硫酸铅含量高,可直接添加到铅粉中用于铅膏生产。该方法充分利用了蓄电池生产中的废料,变废为宝,利于实现铅酸蓄电池的清洁生产,降低企业成本,有助于循环经济发展。 During the production of plates for container formation, the scrap materials involved the scrap lead paste and the reclaimed leady powder, which respectively came from the acid showering and the plate partition. In this article, the two scrap materials were treated with deimpurity, mixing and heating, and then used to prepare tetrabasic lead sulphate by the sintering method. XRD was employed to detect the purity of the product. The result showed that the content of tetrabasic lead sulphate was more than 95 %. It' s a convenient and effective way to prepare tetrabasic lead sulphate with the scrap lead paste and the reclaimed leady powder from the plates for container formation. The product can be added into the leady powder to produce the lead paste. The method made good use of the scrap materials and benefits cleaner production, reducing cost and the development of circular economy.
