摘要
通过对绩效管理系统的应用设计介绍,展示了绩效管理系统的模块设计、功能定位以及应用实效,并对进一步改进提出建议。
Through introducing the application design of performance management system, this paper demonstrates the module design, functional orientation and application effectiveness of performance management system, and puts forward some suggestions on the future improvement.
