摘要
提高政府绩效始终是公共管理追求的根本目标和存在的根本价值。通过对绩效管理内涵以及国内外政府绩效管理发展历程的描述,分析了我国政府绩效管理的发展现状及存在的问题,提出了理性的建议。
Improving the government performance is always the fundamental target pursued by the public management and the fundamental value of the existence of the public management. through expounding the connotations of the performance management and the development history of domestic and foreign government performance management, this paper analyzes the current development of and existing problems in china’s government performance management, and puts forward some rational suggestions.
