摘要
开征物业税对房地产市场最直接的影响体现在可以有效抑制投资性需求,但难以实现降低房价。针对池州市而言,开征物业税对池州楼市的影响主要体现在:对于投资者来说可能是一记重击;对于普通住房者来说可能是利好消息;对于开发商而言可谓"利弊共存";对于金融业来说可使金融系统摆脱房地产泡沫的冲击。
The most direct impact on levying property tax is an effective way to restrain the investment demand but is difficult to reduce the prices of real estate.As for Chizhou,the influence of property tax on property market includes the following: it is a severe blow for speculative investment;it benefits the ordinary homeowners;it is both advantageous and disadvantageous for real estate developers;it helps the financial system free from the property bubble.
