摘要
目的观察维持性血液透析患者用红光照射方法降低氧自由基的效果。方法选择30例维持性血液透析患者在血液透析治疗时,用M RX-Ⅰ体外红光照射治疗系统照射体外循环管中的血液120 m in/次,8次为一疗程,照射前后抽血测定M DA、SOD、AOPP、GPX,对照组不照红光。结果 30例患者透析失衡综合征减轻,自我感觉良好,精神状态好,经红光照射后治疗组M DA、AOPP下降(P<0.05),SOD、GPX含量上升(P<0.05),对照组SOD、GPX透析后水平下降(P<0.05),M DA照射后水平上升(P<0.05),AOPP透析前后比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者经红光照射后可使体内M DA、AOPP下降,SOD、GPX含量上升说明有清除氧自由基作用,并可改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of red light irradiation to reduce oxygen free radical in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods In the treatment of 30 patients with maintenance hemodialysis,the blood in extracorporeal circulation set tube was radiated for 120 min once by MRX-I red light irradiation in vitro system,8 times as a course of treatment,test MDA,SOD,AOPP and GPX before and after irradiation,while the control group didn't use red light irradiation.Results 30 patients with dialysis disequilibrium syndrome were eased,who felt better.MDA and AOPP in the treatment group after the red light irradiation were decreased(P0.05),SOD and GPX were increased(P0.05),SOD and GPX I control group were decreased after dialysis(P0.05),MDA was increased after irradiation(P0.05),and there was no difference in AOPP before and after dialysis(P0.05).Conclusion The red light irradiation could decrease MDA and AOPP of the patients with hemodialysis and increase SOD and GPX,which shows the effect of remove oxygen free radical,and improves the clinical symptom of patients.
