分段超滤透析防治血液透析中低血压的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较分段超滤血液透析与常规血液透析在透析中低血压的发生情况。方法对22例血液透析患者进行常规血液透析1个月,再分段超滤血液透析1个月,并分别监测血压和体重变化及发生低血压的例次。结果患者在分段超滤透析中发生低血压次数较常规血液透析显著减少(P<0.05),患者分段超滤血液透析的生化指标及总超滤量较常规血液透析无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论分段超滤血液透析具有较好的维持血容量的作用,可减少透析中低血压的发生。 Objective To compare and evaluate the incidence of intradialysis hypotension(IH) in both segment-ulrafiltration hemodialysis and standard hemodialysis.Methods 22 hemodialysis patients underwent standard dialysis and segment-ultrafiltration hemodialysis for one month respectively.Blood pressure and weight of IH were measured during the dialysis session.The frequency of hypotension was also recorded.Results As compared with standard hemodialysis,the incidence of hypotension during dialysis was significantly decreased in segment-ultrafiltration hemodialysis(P0.05).There was no statistical significance on biochemical indicators and total ultrafiltration volume between standard hemodialysis and segment-ultrafiltration hemodialysis(P0.05).Conclusion Blood volume is better preserved and the incidence of hypotension is significantly decreased in segment-ultrafiltration hemodialysis.
