摘要
对芦根多糖的提取工艺进行了实验研究。研究证实用壳聚糖提取芦根多糖的方法比传统的醇沉淀提取法要优越得多。既经济、简单，又能获得高收率。这对芦根多糖的研究将起良好的推动作用。
The techniques of extracting polyose from Rhizoma phragmitis are studied. The method of extracting with chitosan was proved to be superior to alcohol. It was easy, economic, and with high recovery.
