穿山甲及其混淆品鉴别与质量研究

Identification and Quality Studies on Pangolin Scales and its Adulterants

对穿山甲及其混淆品羊蹄甲、牛蹄甲、猪蹄甲进行了凝胶电泳分析、薄层层析和氨基酸含量分析。结果表明：四种样品的电泳鉴别图谱差异显著，薄层色谱和氨基酸种类基本一致。

The contents of amino acids of Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus and its adulterants (Copra hircus Linnaeus, Bos taurus domesticus Gmelin and sus scrofa domesica Brisson) have been analyzed, and the four samples were also studied by TLC and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique. The results showed that the four samples were similar in TLC, sorts and contents of amino acids, but the protein electrophorogram of the four samples are quite different.
