This paper discusses the industry planning mode of economic development zone. Firstly, it summarizes some common methods and theories of industrial planning, secondly, it describes and analyzes ereational thoughts and methods of industrial planning--＂ possibility, feasi- bility＂, in the end, it puts the creational mode into the industry planning of Guilin Suqiao economic development zone. Thus, it has provided guidance for future other development zone planning.
