摘要
针对刚性接触网的地铁授电方式,研制出新型"刚性接触网授电地铁区间双扇防护密闭隔断门"。在不断开接触网的前提下,隔断门通过采用内置仿形橡胶的密封装置,解决了刚性接触网的密封难题。采用三维有限元技术对刚性接触网密封装置进行了接触变形的非线性分析,研究结果表明该种密封装置具有良好的密封性能。
A new-style double-leaf protective closure blocking door applicable to metro transit tunnel with rigid catenary system is manufactured successfully for underground civil defense engineering. Under the condition of catenary systems not being disconnected, by using sealing device with inner rubber, the protective and closure problems for rigid catenary system are solved effectively. Using finite element of 3D, nonlinear analysis involving contact deformation is performed for sealing device. According to results, it shows that this kind of sealing device has a good sealed performance.
