This paper comprehensively considers some technical building energy conservation means from the relationship of building energy conservation and planning design, surrounding structure design, and surrounding environment design, and proposes new building energy conservation thoughts from the design angle, with a view to guide people to further focus on building energy conservation, to improve resource utilization ratio, and to improve ecological environment.
