Aimed at often involves engineering change and claim problems in large project contract execution process, this paper analysed the categories and scope of engineering change claim, discussed the ways and measures of prevention claim risk, and put forward the countermeasures of change claim and done prevent claims management, had extremely vital significance to increase the economic benefit of enterprise.
