肿瘤标记物的表达与前列腺癌侵袭和转移的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要  为探讨肿瘤标记物的表达与前列腺癌侵袭和转移的关系。本文用免疫组化方法测定前列腺癌39 例和前列腺增生15 例标本的 B C L2 蛋白、 Ki67 、 E Cadherin 、 M M P1 、 M M P2 、 M M P3 表达,分析肿瘤标记物的表达与前列腺癌分期和分级的关系。结果 Ki67 、 B C L2 、 E Cadherin 及 M M P2 的实验组和对照组的表达比较统计学上有显著性差异; B C L2 、 E Cadherin 及 M M P2 的表达与前列腺癌的分级相关;而 E Cadherin 及 M M P2 的表达与肿瘤的分期相关。结论认为 B C L2、 E Cadherin 及 M M P2 可以作为判断前列腺癌的侵袭和转移的参考指标。 In order to study the invasion and metastasis of prostate carcinoma with expression of tumor markers. BCL?2、Ki 67、E?Cadherin、MMP?1、MMP?2、MMP?3 as the tumor markers were detected with immunohistochemistry method in 39 prostate carcinomas and 15 benign prostate hyperplasia.The relationship between expression of tumor markers and tumor grade and clinical stage was analyzed. Results showed that significant difference was found in Ki 67、BCL?2、E?Cadherin and MMP?2 between prostate carcinomas and benign prostate hyperplasia.It's also found that BCL?2、E?Cadherin and MMP?2 are related to the differentiation of prostate carcinoma, and E?Cadherin and MMP?2 are correlated with the tumor stage.It is believed that BCL?2,E?Cadherin and MMP?2 can be the markers to evaluate invasion and metastasis of prostate carcinoma.
