精浆抗精子抗体阳性患者精子膜脂流动性变化的研究

Study on changes in plasma membrane fluidity of spermatozoa in seminal plasma antisperm antibody positive patients

为探讨抗精子抗体（ Ａｓ Ａｂ） 对男性不育患者的可能作用机制，用荧光偏振法测定了１８ 例精浆 Ａｓ Ａｂ 阳性患者与２０ 例 Ａｓ Ａｂ 阴性者的精子膜脂流动性（ Ｌ Ｆ Ｕ） 。结果表明， Ａｓ Ａｂ 阳性组 Ｌ Ｆ Ｕ 与对照组比较明显降低，（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，提示对精子 Ｌ Ｆ Ｕ 的影响可能是 Ａｓ Ａｂ 引起免疫性不育的机制之一。

To explore the mechanism of antisperm antibody (AsAb),the plasma membrane fluidity of spermatozoa was measured by fluorescence polarization analysis in eighteen seminal plasma AsAb positive patients and twenty seminal plasma AsAb negative controls.The results showed that the fluidity of sperm membrane lipid of the patients was significantly decreased as compared with that of the control group (P<0.01) . indicating the effect on the membrane lipid fluidity might be one of the possible mechanisms of male infertility induced by AsAb.
