摘要
江苏文化强省战略提出了文化人才队伍强的目标,本文在对文化人才队伍强内涵界定的基础上,分析了江苏文化人才供需现状和"十二五"期间人才缺口,指出江苏"十二五"期间亟需选拔和培养一批高层次文化经营管理人才、艺术骨干人才和文化科技人才。本文进一步分析了人才缺口成因,提出了"十二五"期间人才队伍建设的建议。
Jiang Su's strategy of building a strong province of culture puts forward the aim of establishing a strong troop of qualified cultural personnel.On the foundation of defining the content of a strong troop of qualified cultural personnel,this thesis analyzes the present situation of need and supply of qualified cultural personnel in Jiangsu,and the lack of qualified personnel during the 12th Five-year Plan period,and points out that it is urgent to select and train a group of qualified personnel of high-standard cultural management,art backbone,as well as culture and technique in Jiangsu during this period.This thesis analyzes in a further manner about the courses of the lack of qualified personnel,and raises suggestion about the establishment of the establishment of the qualified personnel troop during the 12th FYP.
