摘要 [ 目的] 探讨转移因子制备新工艺及其产品的生物活性.[ 方法] 采用酸处理和超滤等方法对传统的转移因子制备工艺进行改良.[ 结果] 改良工艺后平均多肽含量为3-27g/L,明显高于传统工艺平均多肽含量1-25g/L,提高近2-6 倍,同位素标记法测定其生物活性亦比原工艺制备明显提高.[ 结论] 新工艺不仅大大地节省原料、降低成本,而且显著地提高了多肽含量及生物活性. OBJECTIVE To probe into the new technology on preparation of transfer factor and it's biological activities. METHODS To use the improved technology on preparation of transfer factor by dealing with acid and ultra filter . RESULTS The average content of peptide made by the new method is 3 27g/L and by the traditional method is 1 25g/L. The average content of peptide made by new method notably higher than that by the traditional method and it is improved by 2 6 times. The biological activities of transfer factor made by the new method measured by isotope marked method also higher than those by the traditional method. CONCLUSIONS The new technology not only economized the raw material and reduced the cost consumedly but also improved the content of peptide and biological activities notably.
