摘要
目的探讨小青龙汤抗豚鼠过敏性鼻炎的作用机制。结论 Ovalbumin(OVA)滴鼻建立豚鼠过敏性鼻炎模型,随机分为6组,分别为空白组(A组),模型组(B组),氯雷他定组(C组),小青龙汤高、中、低剂量组(D组、E组、F组),连续给药14d,观察各组豚鼠鼻粘膜病理变化,并采用ELISA方法检测治疗前后各组豚鼠血清中OVA-sIgE的浓度。结果与模型组相比较,小青龙汤各剂量组豚鼠鼻粘膜炎性细胞浸润及水肿程度减轻,小青龙汤高、中剂量组血清中OVA-sIgE的浓度明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤通过减轻炎性浸润和抗原抗体反应发挥抗过敏性鼻炎作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Xiaoqinglong decoction on allergic rhinitis guinea-pig model. Methods Allergic rhinitis group was immunized by intraperitoneal injection and intranasal instillation of Ovalbumin (OVA). The guinea pigs were divided into six groups:control group (group A),model group (group B), Loratadine group (group C), large-dose,medium-dose and low-dose Xiaoqinglong decoction groups(group D,group E and group F).Each group was administrated continuously for 14 days.The pathological changes of nasal mucosa were observed and the concentrations of OVA-sIgE in serum were detected by the ELISA method. Results Compared with group B, the degrees of the inflammatory cell infiltration and the edema of every Xiaoqinglong decoctions group were reduced,and the concentrations of OVA-sIgE of group D and group E decreased significantly(P0.05). Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction has antiallergic rhinitis effect through reducing the inflammatory infiltration and the antigen-antibody reaction.
