山芋对五加皮减肥作用的影响

Effects of Dioscorea japonica Thumb on reducing role of Acanthopanax Bark

［ 目的］ 防止五加皮降低体能．［ 方法］ 利用高脂饲料饲养大鼠１５ｄ 形成肥胖模型后给予五加皮、山芋水提液灌胃．［ 结果］ 服药后和整个实验过程中，大鼠始终体能旺盛、采食正常、各项减肥指标正常．［ 结论］ 山芋为五加皮减肥良好的辅助药．

OBJECTIVE To prevent losing physical power during the reducing period.METHODS Mice were fed with food which contains high degree of fat for 15 days, and then administration intragastrically of water extraction of Dioscorea japonica Thumb and Acanthopanax Bark.RESULTS The mice show vigorous physical power , good appetite, and all of the reducing indexes are normal during the study.CONCLUSIONS Dioscorea japonica Thunb is an auxiliary medicine in reducing role of Acanthopanax Bark.
