线虫cystatin对宿主免疫反应的调控 被引量：1

摘要 寄生性线虫一般于宿主的消化道或组织内寄生,经常暴露于复杂的宿主免疫系统中而受到持续的免疫攻击但依然可存活数年。分泌免疫调节因子,进而阻断宿主免疫反应、细胞因子网络及信号通路是线虫抵御宿主免疫反应的有效手段之一。半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂（cystatin）就是线虫分泌的重要免疫调控因子之一。本文就近年来线虫cystatin调节宿主免疫反应的研究进行综述。
