Podocyte and Podocytopathy

足细胞是肾小球毛细血管壁选择性滤过的关键细胞,各种原发性或继发性肾小球疾病均能造成足细胞损伤。因此,足细胞修复和再生成为目前治疗的主要目标。近年来,随着分子生物学和细胞生物学的发展,人们对足细胞的研究和认识越来越深入。现就足细胞和足细胞病的相关进展作一综述。

The podocyte is a key cell in selective filtering action of the glomerular capillary wall. The podocyte injury is the feature of many primary and secondary glomerular diseases. The podocyte repair and regeneration become the main therapeutic targets. With the development of molecular biology and cell biology, the study and understanding of podocyte are more and more deep in recent years. This review will focus on the relevant progresses of podocyte and podocytopathy.
