Detection of leukocyte and occult blood in urine by methods of test paper and microscopic inspection

［ 目的］ 对试纸法与显微镜检查法测定尿中的白细胞、潜血的关系进行了比较．［ 方法］ 用试纸法、显微镜检查法．［ 结果］ 在１ ２５１ 份患者的尿液标本中白细胞、潜血均阴性的有７８９ 份．其中有１１３ 份尿沉渣检查有病理性物质，占９ ．０ ％ ．［ 结论］ 试纸法与显微镜检查法结果不完全一致，所以我们必须认真做好显微镜检查验．

OBJECTIVE To compare the relationship of methods of test paper and microscopic inspection for leukocyte and occult blood in urine. METHOD Methods of test paper and microsco pic inspection were used.RESULT Out of 1?251 urine samples of patients, 789 cases were negative of leukocyte and occult blood in urine, in witch, 113 (9.0%) cases had pathologic materials by detection of urine sediment. CONCLUSION The results of methods of test paper and microscopic inspection are different, therefore the microscopic inspection must be carried out carefully.
