摘要 目的:用免疫组化技术探讨酪氨酸激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase B,TrkB)在膀胱移行上皮癌(transi-tional cell carcinoma of bladder,TCCB)中的表达水平和与TCCB病理分级、临床病理分期及预后的相关性。方法:选取移行细胞癌标本60例,16例正常膀胱黏膜作为对照,应用免疫组织化学(S-P法)研究TrkB的表达情况,对患者进行随访,随访6-36个月,对患者术后生存时间进行分析。结果:在所选的60例TCCB中,TrkB的阳性率高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。在低分化及浸润性TCCB中,TrkB的表达显著高于高分化及浅表的TCCB。在复发病例中,TrkB的阳性率高于初发病例。结论:TrkB很可能是TCCB发病过程中起重要作用的分子,并有可能作为判断预后的肿瘤标志物。 Objective:To study the expression of tyrosine kinase B(TrkB) and to investigate its relationship with clinical,pathological implications and the parameters of prognosis in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB).Methods:Formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded tissue sections from 60 cases of TCCB and 16 cases of normal bladder were analyzed retrospectively with immunohistochemistry(S-P method).The results were analyzed with the tumor stage,grade and clinical parameters of prognosis.The patients were followed up for 6-36 months to evaluate the prognosis.Results:Among 60 cases of TCCB,the expressions of TCCB-positive rate of TrkB were higher than that of normal bladder mucous membrane(P 0.05).The expressions of TCCB-positive rate of TrkB in the poorly differentiated and invasive TCCB were significantly higher than the rate of the well differentiated and superficial TCCB.The expressions of TCCB-positive rate of TrkB in the recurred cases were much higher than the expressions of the primary cases(P 0.05).Conclusion:TrkB may play an essential role in TCCB and serve as a biomarker for the prognosis of TCCB.
