基于体素的形态测量学在阿尔茨海默病研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 基于体素的形态测量学(voxel—based morphometry,VBM)是一种基于像素水平对脑MR图像进行自动、全面、客观分析的技术,可以同时对整脑定量检测脑组织成分的密度,是评价脑灰、白质病变的一种新方法。该技术面世10年来,已经被广泛的应用到各种病理条件下脑结构变化的研究中,加深了人们对很多中枢神经系统疾病脑损伤的认识。
