慢性肾脏病患者氧化应激水平及与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:4

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是心脑血管疾病的主要病理基础,严重危害着人类的健康。近年来一些研究表明,氧化应激在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,与心血管并发症的发生关系密切。动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病是慢性肾衰竭患者重要的并发症和常见的死亡原因。关于慢性肾衰竭患者体内氧化应激水平及与动脉粥样硬化发生的关系研究较少。
