摘要
目的:研究盐酸小檗碱对肝癌Hep G2细胞、宫颈癌Hela细胞、乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用MTT法检测不同浓度的盐酸小檗碱对肝癌Hep G2细胞、宫颈癌Hela细胞、乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的影响。结果:盐酸小檗碱在5~50μg.ml范围内对肝癌Hep G2细胞、宫颈癌Hela细胞、乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖呈浓度依赖性抑制。结论:盐酸小檗碱能够抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖,是一种潜在的抗肿瘤药物。
Objective: To study the effect of Berberine hydrochloride on the proliferation of kinds of carcinoma cell lines. Methods: Carcinoma cell lines including Hep-G2 cell, Hela cell and MCF-7 cell were treated with dif- ferent concentrations of Berberine hydrochloride respectively. The cells proliferation were evaluated by Mqq" assay. Results: The three kinds of carcinoma cell lines were inhibited by Berberine hydrochloride in a dose-dependent manner from 50μg·ml^-1 to 50 ixμg·ml^-1. Conclusion: Berberine hydrochloride can inhibit the proliferation of some carcinoma cells. It is suggested that Berberine hydrochloride may be a potential antineoplastic agenls.
