摘要
目的 :探索建立等速电泳法测定头孢氨苄的方法。方法 :用带有电导和 2 54nm紫外检测器的毛细管等速电泳仪 ,在 pH 8 9~ 1 0 0的电解质系统中测定头孢氨苄。 结果 :将头孢氨苄、 7ADCA和α -苯基甘氨酸进行了有效分离 ,测定头孢氨苄含量的线性范围为 1~ 1 2 μg ,r=0 9998,平均回收率在 98%~ 1 0 1 %之间 ,RSD≤ 1 3 %。结论 :方法简便 ,快速 ,准确度、精密度高 ,可排除α -苯基甘氨酸、 7-ADCA和其它杂质的干扰 。
Objective:To explore isotachophoresis method for the determination of Cefalexin Methods:The cefalexin was detected by capillary isotachophoresis with potential gradient detector(PGD) and UV detector (UVD, 254 nm) in pH 8 9~10 0 electrolyte system Results:The cefalexin, 7-ADCA and phenylglycine were effectively separated by isotachophoresis The linear range of determination of Cefalexin was 1~12 μg, r =0 999 8 and the average recovery was in the range of 98%~101% with RSD ≤1 3% Conclusion:This method is simple, convenient, and accurate The 7-ADCA, phenylglycine and others didn′t interfere, but appropriate standard substances for reference was necessary
