摘要 内脏性肥胖与原发性高血压、糖尿病、血脂代谢异常等多种心血管疾病的危险因素密切相关。与非肥胖个体比较,内脏肥胖者心肌梗死发病率更高,冠状动脉粥样硬化进展更快,即使在具有相同脂肪总量的人群中,由于人体的脂肪分布不同,其发生心血管疾病的危险性并不相同,内脏型肥胖患者预后更差,病死率增加更明显[1]。心包内、外脂肪是沉积在心脏周围的内脏脂肪组织,尽管在19世纪中叶解剖学家已经认识到心包和大血管周围有脂肪组织存在,
