存活心肌的影像学检测与评估 被引量:10

摘要 心肌梗死是致死和致残的主要疾病之一,目前治疗心肌梗死的主要方法是冠状动脉血液循环重建,如静脉溶栓、经皮冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)和冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)等。其目的在于改善存活心肌的血流灌注,恢复局部心肌的功能。
