芫花酯甲含量测定方法的研究

Study on the quantitative assay of yuanhuacine

目的 :解决原料药芫花酯甲含量测定中的干扰问题。方法 :研究利用高效液相色谱法测定芫花酯甲含量的方法 ,并同紫外分光光度法以资对比。结果 :高效液相色谱法平均回收率为 99.4 7%,RSD为 0 .3 6%。结论 :结果显示该方法灵敏 ,准确 ,专属性强 ,可替代紫外分光光度法。

OBJECTIVE:To solve the problem of interfere in the determination of yuarhuacine,the raw medicine.METHODS:The content of yuanhuacine is determined by HPLC assay and by ultraviolet spectrophotometry as well for comparison.RESULT:The average recovery by HPLC was 99.47%( RSD 0.36%).CONCLUSION:The HPLC developed here was more sensitive and accurate,and can replace the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
