热轧带钢的初期耐大气腐蚀性能 被引量:4

INITIAL ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION OF HOT ROLLED STRIP STEELS

摘要 用SEM和XRD等测试方法分析不同热轧带钢表面氧化皮的组成及结构。通过湿热试验、极化和交流阻抗测试(EIS)及扫描Kelvin探针系统(SKP)测试,探讨了热轧带钢表面氧化皮与其耐蚀性能之间关系。结果表明:湿热试验的腐蚀增重与时间的关系符合△W=Dt^n;WL510钢氧化皮的初期耐腐蚀性能优于B510L钢,在腐蚀的后期,B510L钢腐蚀的发展可能要慢于WL510钢。 SEM XRD were used to analyse the phase composition and structure of oxide scales on different hot rolled strip steels. Research on the relationship between oxide scale of hot rolled strip steel and its corrosion resistance was carried out by heat-damp test, polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning kelvin probe (SKP). The correlation between mass gain and test time accorded with exponential rule as △W=Dt^n in the heat-damp test. The experiment results showed that the initial weather resistance of oxide scale on the WL510 steel was better than that of B510L steel. However, in the later stage of atmosphere corrosion, corrosion development trends of B510L steel may more slowly than that of WL510 steel.
