摘要
目的 探讨电生理检查对神经根型颈椎病的诊断意义。方法 对97例神经根型颈椎病患者进行肌电图(EMG)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、F波传导速度(FWCV)和体感诱发电位(SEP)检测,并与50名正常人组对比。结果 EMG异常率为62.6%,半数以上的腋神经运动潜速率减慢,FWCV有非常显著性减慢(P<001),SEP的N9-N13峰间潜伏期有显著性延长(P<0.05)。结论 综合电生理检查能提高神经根型颈椎病的诊断率,帮助定位和判断预后。
Objective To explore the significance of examinations of electrophysiology in the patients with cervical radicular spondylosis. Methods The electromyography(EMG), motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),F wave conduction velocity (FWCV) and somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) were examined in 97 cases of cervical radicular spondylosis, and were compared with 50 normal persons.Results The abnormal rate of EMG was 62.6 %, more than half of motor nerve latency rates along axillaris nerves were slowed, FWCV was signicantly slowed (P< 0.01 ), N 9 N 13 IPL of SEP was signicantly prolonged (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Comprehensive examinations of electrophysiology can increase the diagnostic rate of cervical radicular spondylosis, help locational diagnosis and estimate prognosis.
