低强度氦氖激光血管内照射疗法对海洛因依赖者血液流变学的影响

目的 观察低强度氦氖激光血管内照射疗法(ILLLI)对海洛因依赖者血液流变学的影响。方法 将自愿入院治疗的海洛因依赖者随机分为ILLLI组和对照组,各50例,两组患者均采用我院药物替代疗法的常规戒毒方案治疗。ILLLI组在此基础上,加用ILLLI治疗。两组病人均于入院的次日及第11d清晨采空腹静脉血测血液流变学7项指标。结果 ILLLI组治疗后血液流变学的各项指标均低于治疗前水平。而对照组除红细胞压积(HCT)较治疗前差异有显著性(P<0.05)外,其余各项指标均无明显变化。结论 ILLLI能有效地降低海洛因依赖者的血液粘度,改善血液流变学性质。

Objective To observe the effects of Intravascular low level laser irradiation therapy(ILLLI) on hemorrheology in heroin addict.Methods 100 cases of heroin addict who were hospitalized voluntarily were divided equally into two groups according to the random principle. Both were treated with the drug replacement therapy, a routine detoxification therapy created by the hospital.Meanwhile, the ILLLI group accepted the ILLLI therapy. All the patients were drawn of vein blood for hemorrheology test on 7 indexes on an empty stomach in the morning of the second and 11th day after hospitalization.Results After treatment, all the indexes of hemorrheology were lower than that before treatment in the ILLLI group, but no obvious changes in the control group apart from HCT(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion ILLLI can effectively reduce the blood viscosity and improve the characteristic of hemorrhe ology in the heroin addict.
