氦氖激光血管内照射对急性脑血栓患者血浆GMP-140、MDA、SOD含量的影响及康复 被引量:8

Effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on three elements of plasma in patients with acute cerebral infarction and rehabilitation

摘要 目的 探讨血管内低能量氦氖(HeNe)激光治疗对急性脑血栓形成患者血浆P-选择素(GMP-140)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响及促进神经功能恢复的作用。方法 用血管内低能量HeNe激光照射治疗24例急性脑血栓患者,每天治疗1次,连续治疗10次;另选25例病情相似的急性脑血栓患者作为对照。两组患者均于症状达高峰后3d内和相隔21d后两次抽血,测定血浆中GMP140、SOD和MDA含量,并同时评定神经功能缺损程度。结果 至病程第21d后,不论有无激光治疗,患者血浆中GMP140和MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05),神经功能缺损程度明显减轻(P<0.05),但经激光治疗者变化更明显(P<0.05);血浆中SOD含量都有所增加,仅激光治疗组变化差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 血管内HeNe激光治疗能降低脑血栓患者血浆中GMP-140和自由基含量,增强SOD活性,促进神经功能恢复。 Objecrive By intravascular irradiation on the patients of acute cerebral infarction(ACI),effect of He Ne laser was explored on three elements of plasma:GMP 140,SOD,MDA,and as well as on the recovery of neural function.Methods Lower energy He Ne laser was put to use in 24 cases of ACI,one time a day for ten consecutive days.Another selective 25 cases of similar ACI were matched as control group.Blood test was performed in three days of the clearest manifestations and then twenty one days later.Contents GMP 140,SOD and MDA were determined and samutaneously the nerve injury was evaluated.Results Twenty one days after attach,whether they were having irradiation or not,Gmp 140 and MDA of the patients obviously decreased(P< 0.05 ),nerve injury slightened significantly(P< 0.05 ),but those treated with laser showed much more changes(P< 0.05 ).SOD content showed inerease,only laser treated group showed significant change.Conclusion He Ne laser could decrease plasma GMP 140 and free radicals,strengthen SOD activity and improve nerve function.
