地方高校管理类本科人才培养定位的探讨

A Discussion on the Orientation of the Personnel Training of Management Majors in Local Universities

管理类专业是中国普通高校普遍设置的专业。从普通高校招生人数呈下降趋势,高等教育大众化阶段要求大学定位细分,地方高校管理类本科人才培养定位不清晰等方面,分析了明晰管理类本科人才培养定位的紧迫性。以现代化建设需要的人才结构、世界高等教育发展趋势和世界高等教育的一般结构为依据,提出了管理类本科应用型人才"知行合一"的培养理念,即:宽厚的知识基础、综合的专业素质和普适的行业技能,并从学科定位、专业定位、课程定位、教学方法定位等方面,对管理类应用型本科人才培养目标做了阐述。

Management is a specialty which is generally offered in China＇s regular institutions of higher learning.This article analyzes the urgency of clarifying the orientation of the personnel training of management majors from the decrease of enrollment amount,the demand of university location and segmentation in the popularization phase of higher education,and the vagueness of the orientation of the personnel training of management majors in local universities.On the basis of talents structure which modernization drive needs,the development tendency and the general structure of world higher education,the article puts forward the idea of ＂the unity of action and knowledge＂ in the personnel training of management majors,that is,undergraduates in management should have broad knowledge,integrated professional qualities and universal technical ability.Finally,the article expounds the target location of the training of applied talents in management majors from the orientation of course,specialty,curriculum and teaching methods.
