摘要
以调查与实验为基础,论述了学习自主性的培养对于实现英语专业人才培养目标、提高英语学习效率的重要作用。在事先确定好教学目标及实现手段的前提下,教师亲身参与学生有组织的分组讨论,通过目标指引、任务设计和氛围调整,实时对学生的学习过程给予监控与反馈,以实现通畅的师生双向交流。这样的教学模式能够较好地调整上课气氛,提升课堂效率,振奋学习兴趣,并最终成功地带来学生学习自主性和能力的双重提高。
This paper reports on a study that investigates the effect of cultivating learner autonomy for English majors.Experiments were designed for the purpose of illustrating the important role of improving learner autonomy for better learning efficiency.By setting goals of teaching and making plans for achieving better results,teachers involve themselves in organized classroom activities,serving as leaders and designers who create a classroom climate where students can comfortably learn and teachers can effectively control over the process of learning,get the feedback of teaching and establish cooperative relationships between teachers and students.This mode helps adjust learning atmosphere,enhance learning efficiency,stimulate learning interest and finally develop both learner autonomy and language competence.
