摘要
《世说新语》成书后出现了一大批模仿它而作的"世说体"小说。这些仿书本身既是《世说新语》传播的产物,同时又参与到《世说新语》传播的进程中来。因此,对"世说体"小说的研究是《世说新语》传播系统的重要组成部分。明清时期现存"世说体"小说共有16部,其中明代10部,清代6部。这些仿作虽然只得《世说新语》之形,而无法企及其神韵,但作为一个小说流派,仍有其不可忽视的价值所在。
After the publication of Shishuoxinyu, there appeared a great number of imitating novels. These imitations are not only the products of the spread of Shishuoxinyu but also take part in the process of the spread of Shishuoxinyu. Therefore the research into the anecdote-style novels is an important part of the spreading system of shishuoxinyu. There exist 16 anecdote-style novels of Ming-Qing dynasties. Although these novels only gain the form of Shishuoxinyu and cannot reach its verve, they still have great value as a novel genre.
