摘要
混合式步进电动机特点是轴向与径向磁场相互作用产生电磁转矩,两者有合适的比例才可充分利用齿层有效空间。本文以齿层比磁导法为基础,提出了单位铁心叠长和单位安匝数的饱和最大静转矩作为确定最佳叠长的判据,并以五相混合式进电动机为例,进行计算分析,得出了最佳铁心叠长设计较为明确的概念和结论。
The action of axial and radial magnetic field on each other produces electromagnetic torque in hybrid stepping motor,as the two kinds of field in preper ratio the tooth layer effective could be fully utilized.The criterion of optimum lamination length is put forward on the basis of tooth layer gradient magnet-conductively,that is the largest static torque of unit length and unit ampere-turn.Taking five-phase hybrid stepping motor as an example,calculating by this method,the clear and definite concept of optimum lamination length design and the conclusion of the paper are carried out.
