Globlization has prompted the change of human spatial experiences, which marks the break of traditional narrative patterns and switches from unitarialism to pluralism in literary experience.Spatial Criticism stresses pluralism, giving vitality to ethnic literature in particular. Therefore, minority ethnic writers are more concerned about space, with a keen interest in representation and interpretation of space in their works. This paper, based on Spatial Criticism,is to deliberate on the spatial images and their implications in Song of Solomon, focusing on the Blacks' experience with space and shedding light on the glamour of traditonal African American culture.
