输尿管镜下套石篮配合钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石的体会

Clinical experience about the treatment of urinary calculi in upper ureter by Ho-YAG laser and stone basket

目的探讨输尿管镜下套石篮配合钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法总结输尿管镜下套石篮配合钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石29例临床资料。结果 29例患者中1例因进镜困难增加冲水压力致结石上移肾内,术后辅以ESWL治愈,其余28例均碎石成功,碎石成功率96.6%(28/29)。结论输尿管镜下套石篮配合钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石,明显减少了结石上移的机会,且操作简单,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the Clinical effect of the treatment of urinary calculi in upper ureter by Ho-YAG laser and stone basket. Methods To summarize the clinical material of the 29 patients who suffer from urinary calculi in upper ureter and the effect of the treatment by Ho-YAG laser and stone basket. Results 28 of the 29 patients were cured by the operation. The stone of one patient went up into the renal pelvis while the stone of the others was successfully cleared. No patients suffer from severe complication such as perforation of ureter, avulsion of urinary membrane or septic shock. The even hospital day is 3.5 day. Conclusion The treatment of urinary calculi in upper ureter by Ho-YAG laser and stone basket could prevent the stone from being pushed up into the urinary pelvis and promote the achievement ratio of treatment.
