摘要 聚合氯化硫酸铝和聚合氯化硫酸铝铁混凝剂处理COD为1000~4000mg/L制药废水的最佳工艺条件:pH范围为6.0~7.5搅拌速度为160r/min;搅拌时间15min;一次处理混凝剂投加量为300mg/L,沉降时间150min,COD去除率在80%以上.若分二次投药处理效果更佳.一次混凝处理后,经无烟煤——石英砂滤柱过滤,出水的pH、COD、SS均达到国家排放标准, The optimum technology conditions of treating pharrmaceutical wastewater, which COD value is 1000 to 4000mg/L, are as follows: the scope of pH value is 6.0-7.5, the agitating rate is 160r/min and the agitating time 15 min, when the eoagulants PACh and PAFCS are applied. The dosage of the coagulants is 300mg/L, the sutsidence the is 150min and the removal ratio of COD is more than 80% when the wastewater is simply treated once. The treatment effect is much better when the two-step adding method is utilized . The values of pH, COD and SS reach National Discharge Criterion When the discharge water is filtered with anthracite-quartz sand filter cylinder following the simple one-coagulation.
