The Existing Situation of Traffic Noise Pollution in Hubei Province and the Countermeasures

对湖北省交通系统的噪声污染状况及其原因进行了调查与分析，并根据国家标准对湖北省内公路、水运及交通企业的噪声污染现状和等级进行了客观的评价，并在调查和评价的基础上，根据这些噪声污染的不同特点，从技术和管理的角度提出了相应的防治方法和措施．

This paper has investigated and analysed the present situation and the reasons of traffie noise pollution in Hubei Province- According to the national standards,it makes an objective assessment on current state and grades of noise pollution happened in areas of highway net water transportation system and traffic enterprises. Based on the characteristics of the noise pollution it puts forward corresponding preventive and harnessing approaches and measures as viewed from technical control and management.
