蜂针经穴疗法治疗痹证80例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 80 Cases of Arthralgia-Syndrome Tfreated with the Therapy kof Acupuncture with Bee Sting and Points

蜂针经穴疗法治疗痹症 80例 ,治愈 14例 ( 17 5 % ) ,好转 61例 ( 76 2 5 % ) ,无效 5例 ( 6 2 5 % ) ,总有效率 93 75 %。介绍了蜂针经穴散刺法、直刺法、活蜂经穴螫刺法的操作方法。观察了患者治疗前后ESR、ASO、RF的变化 ;从免疫球蛋白治疗前后的对比分析 ,初步探讨了蜂针经穴疗法的作用机理。

cases (17 5%) of cure, 61 cases (76 25%) of improvement, 5cases (6 25%) of inefficacy and 93 75% of the total efficiencyf rate were gotten in 80 cases of Arthralgia-Syndrome treated with the therapy of acupuncture with bee sting and points. The operative way of Acupuncture with Bee Sting and Points etc was introduced. After and before the treatment, the changes of ESR, ASO and RF in the patients were observed; and the comparatment of the immunoglobulin (Ig) was analyzed. The effective machinism of the therapy of acupuncture with bee sting and points was researched.
