黄芪注射液治疗胸痹86例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 86 Cases with Chest-depression Treated by Astragalus Injection

为比较黄芪注射液和丹参注射液临床治疗胸痹证的疗效 ,将 86例患者随机分为黄芪组和对照组两组 ,于治疗前后作EKG、酶学检查及临床症状、体征的对比分析。结果显示 :治疗组和对照组临床症状改善及心电图疗效比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示行气活血化瘀法治疗胸痹疗效优于单纯的活血化瘀法。

In order to compare the curative effects in treating chest depression syndrome between Astragalus and Salvia injection,86 cases were randomly divided into Astragalus group and control group.Comparative analysis of EKG,enzyme examination and clinical findings were made before and after treatment.Results showed that there was a significant difference in improving clinical symptoms and EKG between treatment and control groups( P <0.05),indicating that activating qi and blood to relieve blood stasis method has a better effect on chest depression syndrome than simple activating qi and blood to relieve blood stasis method.
