摘要
克服大学生逃课现象已成为各高校教学管理中不得不面对的“通病”和难以有效根治的“顽疾”。本文分析了大学生由于学习缺乏动力，理念陷入误区等原因逃课，并提出提高教师的魅力，全方位提升课堂的吸引力，激发大学生学习兴趣以及完善考试制度，推进考试内容、方法改革等措施来减少学生逃课。
Overcome students truancy phenomenon has become a ＂disease＂ need to be faced and a ＂persistent ailment＂ can not be effectively cured. This paper analyzes the college students＇ lack of learning motivation and incorrect perceptions which may cause their truancy and put forward the countermeasures of improving teachers＇ charm, comprehensive promotion of class appeal, inspiring students＇ study interest and perfecting examination system, promoting test content to reduce the truancy.
