摘要
宁波目前的柔性引才中存在高端人才界定不够具体、政策的宣传强度与普及力度不够、柔性引才后的成效评估未涉及等问题.针对问题提出宁波高端人才认定标准、设立柔性工作岗位、出台柔性引进高端人才后相应的工作绩效评估制鹰等六点建议。
The problems of the flexible employment of the high level talents include that the definition of the high level talent is not specific enough, the strength of policy popularity and publicity is not strong enough, and the performance evaluation of the flexible employment of the high level talents is not addressed. Solutions are proposed including setting up standards for the high level talent, establishing flexible working post , and conducting working performance evaluation system.
