GGR在欧美108杨扦插育苗上的应用试验

Application Test of GGR in Cuttage Seedling-raising of Populus×euramerlicana 'Guariento'

采用绿色植物生长调节剂GGR进行欧美108杨扦插育苗试验,结果表明,GGR6号和GGR10号500 mg.kg-1处理插穗,均能有效促进欧美108杨的地径和高生长,提高了成活率,各处理间苗高、成活率差异达显著水平,地径达到极显著水平,但以GGR6号效果最好,高生长比对照增加17.6%,地径生长较对照增加34.5%,扦插育苗成活率提高12.9个百分点。

Cuttage seedling-raising test of Populus × euramerlicana ＇Guariento＇ by using GGR green plant growth regulator were conducted.Result shows that：cuttage treated with 500 mg·kg-1 GGR No.6 GGR No.10 all can promote the diameter,height growth survival rate of Populus × euramerlicana ＇Guariento＇;among treatments,difference of seedling height survival rate were significant;ground diameter achieve extremely significant level.GGR No.6 has the optimal effect： its height growth increase by 17.6% and its diameter growth increase by 34.5% compared with the control;survival rate of cuttage seedling-raising increase by 12.9%.
